The first ground
The program is built up in 3 base forms. At the ground you will learn all the basics that you need before you go into the healing part.
It includes our nervoussystem, the brain, counsiousness, spirit, chakrasystem, and much more.
Its important to start with the basic understandings, that will represent your new roots in the new life. Just as trees has roots down to mother earth you will gain this as well. For your to feel safe, held and stabil.
The Healing
This journey is life changing, when we heal together we grow faster. In this part we go through your life, what has happened maybe you need thepay sessions just like so many others <3 Let's normalize therapy! Healing is always available for us to choose, the universe has our back and they are constantly working with us!
